Courtlyn is deeply passionate about movement, especially as someone living with rheumatoid arthritis and a thyroid cancer survivor. She brings soul, strategy, and strength to every run, lift, and recovery.
She’s currently training for two half-marathons while diving deep into corrective exercise and performance mobility.
In 2024, she became a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES).

As the founder of The Design Database, Courtlyn blends creative vision with systems thinking to bring soul-aligned brands to life. She’s built platforms that empower designers, developed product lines that merge art and wellness, and continues to lead with intuition, innovation, and purpose.

She designed and launched her own digital magazine entitled “Art-InspiHerd,” a revolutionary publication celebrating the visionary work of women in the arts.
