Courtlyn Jones is the visionary behind The Design Database, a 5X award-winning creative platform (launched in 2021) built to empower female and non-binary designers by connecting them with opportunities, community, and visibility. What began as a mission to dismantle industry gatekeeping transformed into a fully functioning digital product—designed, built, and led by Courtlyn from the ground up.

As the sole product designer, she oversaw the full product lifecycle: user research, UX/UI design, information architecture, branding, and high-fidelity prototyping. The platform includes user profiles, job boards, messaging tools, and submission features—all with a modern, visually cohesive interface.
